Zenith is relocating its Commercial Fleet Solutions division from Farrow House to a new office in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. The change aims to improve teamwork and spark new ideas within the company.
The move to 1 Edward Court brings the division closer to modern facilities and updated technology, similar to Zenith’s head office in Leeds. The new space also supports the company’s sustainability efforts with improved energy efficiency and a smaller operational footprint than the previous location.
New office designed for flexibility and growth
Craig Taylor, commercial CEO at Zenith, said the relocation reflects the company’s commitment to its workforce. “Our colleagues are central to everything we do, and this move provides a workplace that meets our evolving needs,” he said. “The new office offers greater flexibility and additional facilities that will support collaboration, wellbeing, and future growth, while keeping us close to the community and customers we serve.”

The decision follows a management restructure earlier this year. Leadership changes were made to refine the company’s strategic direction. Ian Hughes, former CEO of Zenith’s corporate and consumer divisions, left his role in February. Andy Wolff became managing director of corporate, while Tom Brewer took over oversight of rental, consumer, and corporate operations.
For employees, the move represents more than a change of address.
Sustainability and operational efficiency in focus
The new office aligns with Zenith’s broader sustainability goals, which have grown in importance for both employees and customers.
